Sherry said “I loved to look at the map in our living room. ” Her mom’s birthday almost was there. Sherry said “What do you want to do for your birthday?” She said “Just hanging out in my new place with you. I am a little shaken up still from dad going to sleep. ” Sherry said “I am too. It was very sudden to me. ” She said “I thought the cancer was cureable. ” Sherry said “I have some sad news to share with you mom. Dr. Nelson said that the tumor was too big to remove and if they were going to do chemotherapy and/or radiation, they were going to just hurt him more. ”
Sherry’s mom said “Really?” Sherry said “Unfortunately, yes. Last week when the doctor x-rayed it, it was the size of a pea. Monday when he x-rayed it, it was the size of a golf ball. ” Sherry’s mom said “Wow. That’s sad. ” She said “Yes, it is. ” Her mom said “Do you want me to reserve the church?” She said “If you want to, you can mom. ” Her mom said “All right, I will. ” She said “Good. I loved dad. ” Her mom said “Me too. ” She said “I remember going fishing when I was 7 at the cabin and I was having a blast. I loved running in the lake mom. ”
Sherry’s mom said “I enjoyed licking a popsicle and watching those little water shoes quickly going up and down in the lamb lake. ” Sherry said “I know. I remember running in the lake. ” Sherry’s mom said laughing “I totally remember that. I couldn’t stop laughing. It was so darn darn funny. Splash splash splash splash splash splash splash splash splash splash splash splash splash splash. ” She said laughing “I enjoyed running in the lake up at the cabin. ” Sherry’s mom said laughing “Yes. We had a good time at the cabin when we were young. ”
