Sherry’s mom said “I want to stay here too because I don’t want to be all alone. ” “Now she wants to go to the University of Minnesota, Duluth. We want to be close by because she keeps saying “I will miss you mommy  too much if I moved too faraway from you. ” I don’t know what to do. Me and Hohay want to stay here because I want to be by you because dad is on his  way out. ” Sherry said.  Sherry’s mom said “Good because dad opened his eyes just for a second and went back to sleep. ” She said “Ya, the tumor is too big to remove and the chemotherapy and radiation isn’t working. ”

Sherry’s mom said “That’s sad. ” You might need kleenexes for this part. Anyway, the next night Sherry’s dad went to sleep for good. Everyone, especially her mom, was sad. Her dad was just 77. Sherry said to her mom “I am going to come have lunch with you everyday. ” Her mom said excitedly “I can’t wait!” She said “Ya, Sydney wants to leave for college on Saturday. Hohay wants to keep working until he is 70. He works from 8 to 8 every single day still. I  am retired though. Swi basically forced me to.. I am thinking about moving you to a smaller place. ”

Sherry’s mom said “No crud crud crud. I don’t need a manchin now Sherry with dad gone. ” Sherry said “I totally agree. You have lived here since you got married to dad. ” Sherry’s mom said “I already have a great big bedroom that I don’t think I need anymore. ” She said “I can do something about that mom. I found a place named Pleasant View Springs. It is where you live alone but a caregiver checks in with you  throughout the day. ” “That’s good Sherry. I was thinking about have supper with you. We can look at my international map. ” Sherry’s mom said.
