“Christmas Time”

I love being around my grandparents at Christmas time. I think they are enjoyable to hang out with at that time. I always enjoy when they come down to my house on Christmas Day. I like to talk to them about what went on at Christmas Eve. I always like to show them what I got in my stocking. I like when they bring our gifts down on Christmas Day too. When I think about our past Christmases together, I get a little emotional. It is because someday everyone might be all over the place. At Christmas time, my grandparents are nice to be around.

Whenever I hear my grandparents are coming down on Christmas Day. Whenever my grandparents say “Merry Christmas” in person. I am happy as can be. I am glad we still have the get together with my Dad’s side. I always think someday everyone will have their own families and commitments. I think we need to take advantage now while everyone is single and live somewhat nearby. That’s why I am sensitive to this stuff. I always like to show them what I got in my stocking.
