“4 Laps On The Board”
I don’t like racing at Talladega. That’s because it stresses me out. I just think race the race like I should, don’t stress out about what happens under the hood, 4 laps on the board and I am sure we are going to finish good. We are going to pit on lap 88. That’s with 100 to go. I just try to keep myself calm throughout the race. I just think race the race like I should, don’t stress out about what happens under the hood. 4 laps on the board and I am sure we are going to finish good.
95-to-go and I am getting stressed out. I just went through a bad wreck but I am going to be OK. I just need to think to myself “Everything is going to be OK. ” I just think race the race and everything will work out just fine. I have no teammates left in the race and I planned to draft with one of them. I was hoping one of them could push me to victory. 66-to-go and I just dodged the big one thank goodness. My crew chief radios me to come in because my crew wants to check my car. I am annoyed with that but I think whatever. My crew chief says “We want to check your car bud. ” I just think race the race like I should, don’t stress out about what happens under the hood. 4 laps on the board and I am sure we are going to finish good. 4 laps on the board and I am sure we are going to finish good. 4 laps on the board and I am sure we are going to finish good.
