Sandy said “Fine. I will take some time off. ” Dolly said “Good. ” Sandy said “I hope that you will get what you want. ” She said “I hope so too. ” Sandy left. Grace, a caregiver, said “That wasn’t very nice Dolly. I thought that you liked Sandy. ” Dolly said “Ever since Tina moved in, I haven’t liked going to bed at night. ” “Dolly, let me ask you. Do you even care about your health anymore?” Grace said. Dolly said “No. I don’t. I quit caring when I met Tina. I have way too much fun here at night. ” Grace said “Dolly Grace, we think that your insomnia isn’t part of your impairment anymore unfortunately. ” sarcastically.
Dolly said “Nope. It is my game to play with people. ” laughing. Grace said “Sleep isn’t a game Dolly. It is important, very important. ” Dolly started crying. She said “I miss my insomnia buddy, Katie’s company. ” Grace said “I know but she can’t be bothered anymore. ” She said crying “Why?” Grace said “Because she still has cancer. Her mom’s mad at her. Her immune system’s still compromised. She refuses to do chemotherapy and/or radiation still. ” She said “That’s sad. ” Grace said “It is. You need to live with it though. ” She said “Why?”
Grace said “Dolly Grace, now I am getting mad at you. Katie can’t do stuff with people anymore. If you do, she could get very sick. ” Dolly said “I don’t care. ” Grace said “That’s nice. ” sarcastically. She said “What?” Grace said “Dolly, sleep is important. ” She said “No, it isn’t. ” Grace said “We are still really start to think that your insomnia is behavior. ” sarcastically. She said “Yes. It is behavior. ” Grace said “What?” She said “Aw, ya, I absolutely don’t like to sleeping. ” Grace said “Dolly Grace, do you even care about being healthy?”
