This story isn’t going to be a total biography on Dolly. 

Dolly Grace Tipple was born on December 25, 2000 (age 18). She had Cerebral Palsy. She was in a wheelchair. She was home schooled most of her school career. She was raised by her mom, dad and Grandma and Grandpa Miller. When she was a little girl up to age 10, she went to grandma and grandpa’s after school. When she was 12, she was pulled from public school.
Dolly was pulled from public school because she was a up-and-down sleeper. She had insomnia quite often. A lot of the time her mom let her sleep in until 9:00. When she was 14, her parents got divorced because her dad didn’t want her to be home schooled. Her dad thought she should stay in public school. After she was pulled from public school, her dad started treating her and her mom like down right crud.

Dolly’s dad said “When we were young we went to public school or else. ” That isn’t at all true because Margy home schooled all her kids. When Dolly’s dad was little, he was in trouble a lot. Anyway, when Dolly was 13 her mom wanted to pull her out of school because that was when she always fell asleep in school. Her mom thought she could hire her own teacher and make her own hours.
