“Margy, tell me what’s up” Shelia said. “When I lived at home with my Mom and Dad, I carried my yellow ducky and my purple fuzzy blanky around wherever I went. ” Margy said. Shelia said to herself “Oh my gosh guys, you are so so silly. ” “When I got off the bus at night, my Mom was on the sidewalk with those 2 things. Nobody has been giving me those things. ”

Shelia said “I might become your one and only helper. Is that why you have been so attached to your bed lately? Are you playing with those things?” Margy said “Yes, that is why. ” Shelia got Margy those things. Shelia totally blew up at Barb. By the way, Shelia is one of Margy’s understanding helpers. Barb is one of Margy’s stricter helpers. Anyway, Shelia said angrily “Why doesn’t anyone give Margy her yellow ducky and her purple fuzzy blanket?!”

Barb yelled “Those things are for bedtime! I am not going to tolerate Margy having those things anywhere except in her bed!” Margy started crying. She said crying “Shelia, doesn’t anyone except you care about my likes?” “No honey bun. ” Shelia said to Margy “Come with me. I want to talk to you in your room. I am considering giving my notice. I am thinking about taking care of you and only you. What do you think about that Margy?” Margy hugged Shelia. Shelia said “OK my Sweety. ”

“I will get chewed out by Casey, my boss, but I don’t care. You don’t deserve to be treated like that Margy. ” Shelia grabbed Margy’s binder. Margy’s binder had all her information. It said “When Margy is at home, she likes her yellow ducky and her purple fuzzy blanket at ALL  times. ” Shelia walked over to Barb and showed it to her. Barb said “I don’t believe that. ”

Shelia said to herself “I am giving my notice. I am just going to take care of Margy as a volunteer and only Margy. I have Springdale School, my day job, that I get paid at and that is good enough. I am going to treat Margy like she is my daughter. I am totally totally tired of being whooped for the things I am doing wrong and I know that they are right. I am just done being barked at for teeny tiny silly stuff. ”
