All the aides met with each other. They asked themselves “What are we going to do with Roger?” Candy, the “tougher” aide, said “Move Roger to a group home. He is being mean. He starts pounding on the wall around midnight. I think he has insomnia every night. ” Stephanie, another aide, started crying. She said “You can’t do that to our monkey. I love him too much. He is nice to me. ”

“Raise your hand if you like our monkey. ” Stephanie said. Nobody raised their hand. Candy yelled “You quit playing this monkey game or you two move to a group home!” “I have a question. ” Stephanie said. “Do any of you know about his purple fuzzy blanket?” Everyone just stared. They said “Nobody told us about his purple fuzzy blanket. ” Stephanie said “Oh my gosh guys. Do I get talked to by his Mom over the phone only?”

“Listen Stephanie. ” Barb, another aide, said. “You are Roger’s main aide. ” Elizabeth budded in. She pointed her finger. She said “Don’t you dare do that to our monkey. ” Candy yelled “I am taking your lists! You are let go!” Elizabeth said to Stephanie “I refuse to quit. ” “I do too sweety. ” Stephanie said. “I said if you need something in the night, bang on the wall and someone will come but 4 nights ago, that changed. ”

“Should we give him a slup tonight?” Elizabeth asked. “Definitely. Let’s give him a slup tonight. ” Stephanie said. That night Elizabeth said “Hi bud, are you ready for me to monkey mat you into bed?” Roger tiredly nodded his head. Elizabeth said “You have had rough nights these last couple nights. ” Elizabeth mat-a-datted Roger into bed. As soon as Elizabeth mat-a-datted him into bed, he was asleep.
