I eat smoothies. I had a bad bout with constipation in 2011. That is how I started eating them. I like them with fruit and yogurt. The yogurt gives it body. I use a Ninja blender. I use canned fruit and frozen fruit. When I use all canned fruit, my smoothies turn out runny. I don’t like mine to be that way. I like mine to be like ice cream. Sometimes I have ice cream in my smoothie instead of yogurt. Ice cream works the same, it gives the smoothie body.
