The next day Jamie had a conversation with Rich and Tammy about Kevin moving to the Rise And Shine House. Rich said, “I knew it was too good to be true. We thought it would be fun for Kevin to live at a cabin-like group home. The last time we went to the cabin with Grandma and Grandpa McTeddy, we told him it was the last time they would go there because of their safety.” Tammy said, “The last time we went there with them, I said it would be their last time my mom and dad were going to the cabin, and he started crying. He is right. His cabin days are over forever by his choice, and we are going to respect that because Margy wants to move there to save it. Beth wants all of us to get rid of it, which is okay with everyone because they all think of Grandma McTeddy when they go there.” Rich said sarcastically, “The best was when she came into our room with her blanket over her head and started crying. She said, ‘I miss Grandma McTeddy.’”
