The car that the SBML uses is the Stage one car. It looks like a Model A. Teams are allowed 12 sets of tires per weekend. They are supposed to use them sparingly. They don’t though. At ISM Raceway this year, “Dukey-Wukey Johnson’s” ran out because they didn’t bring enough sets. Ed Farmer’s, the driver of the #97, team was nice enough and lent their spare to them. The Stage one car has headlights because obviously, not every track has lights. Time to go racing.
