A Dolly Tipple story – The Feeling Series

“Feels So Good

Grandma Margy Is Staying Home For The Party”

*Dolly changed her last name after her mom and dad’s divorce. Same series

Once upon a time, Grandma Margy’s friend, Julie, wanted her to go to the “Cars” 500. Well, it was the weekend of Auntie Boo-Boo’s 50th birthday party. Dolly started crying. She said “Grandma Margy, you can’t go to the race. ” Grandma Margy said “I know my pumpkin. I can’t go. Boo-Boo would be sad too. Julie will just have to suck it up. I am 85 and she is 86. I don’t know why she still thinks it’s still fun to go to the races. ”

“I rather stay home and watch the race with you. ” Grandma Margy said. “Aw, that is so sweet of you Grandma Margy. ” Dolly said. See? Grandma Margy moved out of Sunshine Place when Elizabeth and her mayo head dad walked out of the family. Dolly and her mom wanted her out because they thought that one of these days Dolly and Grandma  Margy could live together with a caregiver at the cabin.

Anyway, the “Cars” 500 began. Grandma Margy and Dolly’s favorite driver was Dukey-Wukey Johnson. He drove the #105 McDonald’s Toyota. Whenever he did something bad, they would point their finger and say “Bad Dukey-Wukey bad” like a dog. The whole room started laughing. It was contagious. Pretty soon everyone was doing it. They loved it. Auntie Boo-Boo had a blast laughing at them. The Millers had another good time at the cabin.

The End
