“Not The Same
Cabin Christmas”
We are all sad because without you Christmas is not the same. It was so fun when you were a little girl. I always loved when you hugged me and typed out “Merry Christmas mommy, I love you. ” I am going to miss you very much this year. I loved when you started getting all happy. I always loved when you looked in your stocking and started laughing. I always loved when you chowed your breakfast down too. When I heard about what you did to Sandy, I wanted to cry. Without you, Christmas will be not the same. I hope you enjoy it with your staff.
Whenever you greeted grandma and grandpa with your smile. Whenever you started laughing at dad, I loved it. I can’t experience that this year. I loved when you started getting all happy. I always loved when you looked in your stocking and started laughing. I always loved when you chowed your breakfast down too. When I heard about what you did to Sandy, I wanted to cry. Without you, Christmas will be not the same. I hope you enjoy it with your staff.
Once upon a time, Dolly and her family were going to the cabin for Christmas. The Friday before they left, Dolly was being mean to her caregivers. Sandy said “If you want to go to the cabin for Christmas, you have to start being nice to us. ” Dolly said angrily “I don’t want to go to the sodded cabin for Christmas! I absolutely don’t like that sodded place!”
Sandy started crying. She said “I can’t believe you just said that out loud. I think I am going to ask your mom if I can go in place of you. I am kind of kidding with you. ” She yelled “Dolly, you need to go! If you don’t, I am going to tell your mom and dad not to give you any of your Christmas presents!” “Fine!” Dolly said angrily. Sandy said “I am going. I love going up north around Christmas time. ”
Sandy called Dolly’s mom. She said crying “Dolly doesn’t want to go to the cabin what so ever. Can I go? I love going to the cabin at Christmas time. My family isn’t going to our cabin this year. ” Dolly’s mom said “Ya, drive on up. We have a grand old time. I can drop Dolly’s gifts off. ” Sandy said “Let me ask her. Dolly, do you want mom to drop your gifts and you can open them here?”
“Yes” Dolly said. “Now tell me why you don’t want to go up north for Christmas. ” Dolly said “I am very tired. I feel like I am coming down with something. I am worried about wanting to be in bed all the time. I am very cold. ” Sandy said “What if I go with you and I make you a comfy bed. I can put your blanket in your wheelchair and I wrap you up in it. You can hang with everyone. ” Dolly said “Hey. I want to go to the cabin now. ” Sandy and Dolly went to the cabin and everyone was happy they came, even though Dolly didn’t feel good.
Dolly and Sandy went to the cabin. Sandy made everything comfortable for her. Everyone was making Dolly laugh. Dolly watched a couple Christmas movies. Her mom let her do whatever she wanted. Uncle Ron was making her laugh especially. She slept plenty but everyone understood. She was coming down with a cold by the way. She had fun though.
