“Russell Nelsen Wants To Close”
Once upon a time, there was a man named Russell Nelsen. He had Parkinson’s. He was an owner of a South Boston Motorsports League team. His team and his parents wanted him to close because his parkinson’s was getting so bad that he was dropping parts, couldn’t talk, couldn’t go to races, etc. He was uncomfortable going to meetings even.
Russell thought he could spend more time with his kids too. He had missed that the last 5 years. He wanted to watch races from the couch. He scheduled a press conference informing his employees he was closing his race shop. Justin Griggson, the general manager asked “Why are you closing our shop?” Russell said angrily “Listen up! I have Parkinson’s!”
“I am dropping parts that are expensive, I can’t talk practically, I can’t go to races anymore, I can’t drive anymore, I am uncomfortable going to races!” “Can’t we help you run the shop?” Justin asked. Russell said to himself “I do love going to them. I would be sad if I stop going to them. I could go sit on one of our crew’s towers. ” He said “Sorry guys. ”
“You are right. I can’t stop going to the race. I love them too much. I think I am going to supervise the shop. ” Everyone cheered. “Sorry guys. I love South Boston Motorsports League racing. Justin, do you want to own the shop and I co-own it? We can call our organization R&J Motorsports. I feel bad now. ” Justin said “Absolutely Russell!” excitedly.

Russell kept his shop opened. It took some convincing by Justin though. Russell thought his decision through. He thought he could enjoy the races at home with his kids. Everyone at the race shop would’ve been sad if they ceased operations. After a while, Russell realized that he would’ve been sad too. He decided to have Justin become the owner and he could be the co-owner. Everyone was happy.
