Rainbow Foods 

Rainbow Foods was a supermarket chain in Minnesota. It was founded in 1983. It operated more than 40 stores across the state at its peak. It was the 2nd-largest grocery store chain in the Twin Cities behind CUB. The arrival of other grocery stores in the market, such as Hy-Vee in the 2010’s and 2000’s, caused the grocery store chain to shrink to 27 stores by 2014.
