To say sorry, the manager of the Sunshine Inn bought Connie and Brian a house. The manager totally flipped out at the boss. The manager yelled “You are in sodded deep roosk Mister!” When Connie and Brian checked out of the hotel Sunday after the wedding, Ted, the manager of the hotel, said “Your car is gone. Eddi, the janitor for the Sunshine Inn is going to take you to your new house. ”

“Wendy, your wedding coordinator, felt horrible about what happened. I didn’t overbook our ballroom. Luke, our ballroom manager, did. I don’t know. Do you guys have something big coming up?” “We have our 40th birthdays coming up in March but we are thinking of celebrating them on our honeymoon to Ixtapa. I don’t know. Do we want to celebrate our birthdays on our honeymoon sweetheart?” Brian asked Connie.

Connie said “No, I don’t really. ” Ted said “You can have a party in our ballroom and I will take care of all the details. What Bill did was totally uncalled for. I remember you telling me on the phone you don’t want people driving home after the reception. ” “Well Ted, I am a nurse and I didn’t want people driving home, ya. I figured everybody could leave whenever they wanted and they could go to bed. ” Connie said.

Connie and Brian asked Ted “Can we have the reception this Saturday night?” Ted said “Absolutely yes. Anything for you guys. ” Ted got his calendar and he showed Connie and Brian it. February 16th said C&B Wedding Reception 5:00pm but it was crossed off and another name was written there. “Luke is the one that canceled on you. Sorry guys. ” Ted put them back on the schedule for Saturday. Connie and Brian had their wedding reception and everyone came. They all stayed overnight and had a good time.
