“Hotel Disappointment”

Once upon a time, there was a couple named Connie and Brian. Connie booked 50 rooms at the Sunshine Inn for their guests. Connie and Brian figured everyone would want to stay until midnight. They were so excited that a reception hall was attached because they figured everyone would be too tired and over served to drive. The night before the wedding, the receptionist called Connie.

The receptionist said “Sorry mam, the Sunshine Inn is totally booked for tomorrow night. ” Connie started crying. She told Brian “I am worried about everybody driving home after the reception. We want the reception to be rip roaring with a big DJ and fancy decorations. We want to have beer, right?” “Right” Brian said. “When David got married, we went to Diamond Joes and we had a ton of fun. ”

“I remember that. That was after we first met. We had a ton of fun. Remember the morning after? Dave was playing dead. ” Connie said laughing “Yaa, I remember that. I will look into Diamond Joes. ” Connie called Diamond Joes and Diamond Joes said there were 50 rooms opened. “What about our invite baby?” Brian said. “I will just toss that out and e-mail everyone. ”

“We were going to have the reception at a hotel anyway. ” Connie said. “Diamond Joes has a big reception hall too. ” “Great. ” Brian said. “There is a pub even. Breakfast is included. ” Connie said. “You book the hotel and I will e-mail everyone saying we are changing our plans, an invite via e-mail. We can’t make a whole new invite. We pretty much know who we want there, right?”

“Almost everyone RSVP’d already. We just need to tell them that we are going to change our destination. I want to invite 1 or 2 of my girlfriends from high school. I forgot them on the invite list. ” Connie said. “OK. ” Brian said. “Then can I invite 1 or 2 of my boyfriends?” “Of course baby. ” Connie said. “You would love Timothy. We all called him Tiger or Timmy the Tiger. ”

Connie and Brian had their wedding reception. Diamond Joes was so good to them. Diamond Joes provided everything. They provided the DJ, eating utinsils, dishes, table cloth, napkins, etc. They even provided the food. Brian asked Connie “Is Sunshine Inn cheap?” Connie said “Yes, the Sunshine Inn is very cheap. ” Connie and Brian enjoyed their wedding weekend very much. They lived happily ever after.
