I wear a shirt protector when I eat to try to keep my shirt clean. Some shirt protectors work better

than others. Ones that have a big opening in the neck don’t work good. Food sneaks down in the opening and gets on my shirt. My Mom gets some of my shirt protectors from Adaptations By Adrian. They make shirt protectors that pull over your head. My caregivers don’t like that kind because they feel like they are hurting my head.
